Never said this before… But I will be happy when the weekends over

Well this weekend has been a little rough. That time of month has rolled around(and you woman know what thats like) and I am having major cravings for chocolate. I gave in last night and had 3 oreo cookies. I also slipped up by having a cup of soda. Well on a better note I started to work out on my Gazelle and I weighed in and lost another pound. So Since last Monday I have lost a total of 4 pounds. Well I don’t know about you all but I am ready to get a new week started these weekends are tough. At work I have no temptations and I seem to stick to my diet better…and dring more water.

Water… mmmmmmmmm

This is the craziest thing. I know its from the water. In the last year I have been having major break outs on my face. Can never get my face completely clear. I have only been on water for four days and my face is just about cleared up today- and Monday it was horrible! Like I said before I am a soda pop addict and would not touch a drop of water. I know it flushes your system but didn’t think it would work that fast. Just wanted to share this with you. Everyone have a great day.

Well my third day in and getting a little easier. This site and the people on it are great. I find when I want to throw in the towel if I come online I get motivated just by reading the blogs and encouragement from my buddies and others on this site. Well I start my day with a half of cup of coffee to ward off the caffeine headaches and trying to snack more throughoout the day on low cal stuff. I am not a breakfast eater actually coffeee is all I usually have but trying to start eating balanced now in the morning. Everyone have a great day its hump day! almost Friday!

I am new here… and had a rough day yesterday

Hi everyone,

I just joined this site yesterday and I started my diet yesterday. which did not go well at all. I started off great had a rice cake in the morning with my bottled water (which I hate!) See I am addicted to caffinated soda which I know is a lot of my problem. For lunch I had an apple and Low fat multigrain hotpocket but by the time dinner rolled around I had such a headache- i am guessing from no caffine and I was starving…. So to make a long story short I blew it! Usually I don’t eat a lot during the day anyway so don’t know why I was so hungry today.

Well I am trying not to be hard on myself and this morning I had my rice cake and coffee. Will try weining myself off the caffeine so not to get such a headache.

Well I hope that I can make friends here the added support would help a lot.
