			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Regarding my blog about a week ago. I told my ex to take his money and shove it! But in a little nicer way. After two weeks of almost literaly begging him for money for school clothes.</p>
<p>I have a lot of pride(which is one of my downfalls)  and don&#8217;t like to ask him for anything&#8230; Even though he should be supporting his kids. He loves to play games. And if he didn&#8217;t have it I would understand like I have in the past. But he told me he has it hes just to busy to deposit it in my account&#8230;so I told him to keep it.</p>
<p>I figure it is stressing me out more by getting upset at him and his games. I have made it the last 12 years without him and will keep on making it.</p>
<p>So on the upside I am using all of my energy on myself and my kids( Amanda and Kiara). The scale is starting to creep down a little but not by much. But thats not discouraging me because I have started to loss inches around my C-Section belly! Woohoo! 2inches! Because every night for past two weeks I have been working out. For the past 5 days have been going a total of 5 miles on my Gazelle. I have been drinking at least 6 cups of water daily. I did cheat a little on the weekend but<em> </em>i never went over my fat and calorie limit daily. I am trying to lower my carbs because I think that is one of my problems. Well until the next blog&#8230;lol</p>

<p>Sometimes I can really get worked up and upset and my motivation just gets shot. I was beating myself up over 3 pounds. Sometimes just 1 pound if you gain it back seems like 100 pounds. Because its so easy to gain it but a major struggle to lose it.</p>

I didn&#8217;t want to blog about this because now I have to admit I have a problem with motivation and self control. Most of my week last week was a wash out. I didn&#8217;t care about what I put into my mouth. I could never admit it but I use food as a comfort tool. On a positive note I DID continue to drink my water.</p>
<p>Last night I got into an argument with my ex over money for school clothes for my kids. I am tired of begging this man for help&#8230;. Well to make a long story short. After a major crying fit and feeling sorry for myself I headed for the fridge!</p>
<p>I really want to lose this weight but I know deep down I am sabotaging my own efforts.</p>
<p> So I guess I have to keep on keeping on! I know I have to stop taking the easy way out and stop whinning and feeling sorry for myself. So I started back on diet yesterday. Didn&#8217;t do great but did control myself better than last week.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The scale has not budged in about a week and actually its trying to creep up a little. I cut out all soda. Once in a while I might have a sip just for the taste. I am drinking lots of water. I was lowering my carbs.. I am not eating too much not really that hungry. Can&#8217;t figure it out unless I am going too low on my calorie and fat intake which I wasn&#8217;t really counting. I have not worked out in last 2 days but will tonight. </p>
<p>Well Hooray! Fridays here. But heres another challenge, I have a harder time on the weekends sticking to my diet. Monday will be 3 weeks. Sorry to sound so discouraged everyone, just trying not to give up on this. Because thats really what I want to do but I know that I can&#8217;t. Have to keep on trying.</p>

I must of only done maybe 10 and I felt like passing out, lol. Afterward I was so nausiated(hope I spelled that right) and  felt like hurling! (sorry I know thats gross)lol. But I &#8216;m proud of myself I worked out every night last week and I actually wanted to do it.</p>
<p>So I weighed in this morning and down another pound and half, WooHoo! I did cheat last night had quite a bit of pasta with dinner. Since I am watching carbs not really supposed to have any. </p>
<p>Also theres soda in the house again and I am getting ready to throw it out when know one else is looking. My oldest daughter(10) is addicted to it also&#8230;. and I use to wander why shes so hyper sometimes.</p>
<p>The weekends are the hardest for me. Thats when I don&#8217;t drink the right amounts of water and more tempted to cheat. I did give myself Sundays to cheat but I started last night. A little worried&#8230;trying to stay motivated.</p>
<p>Well just got back from swimming with the kids going to get a HEALTHY snack everyone have a great weekend!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A few days ago I felt like throwing in the towel. I weighed myself after work and the scale went up a few pounds. I was so upset because I thought I was doing really good with the diet. But I figured my body is probably overwhelmed by the amounts of water I am consuming(something its not used to). So I put it down to water weight.</p>
<p>So to make a long story short&#8230;. I weighed myself today and the scale went down 2 more pounds. Woohoo!</p>
<p>On another note I have so much energy and have started working out on the gazelle. I am so blessed lately when I get home instead of cleaning I am able to start working out because my 10 and 8 year had decided to clean the whole house for me. I guess this was their well hidden secret. Because they actually did a great job! Sometimes I try to do it all on my own and didn&#8217;t realize I had two little helpers there for me this whole time. They are my angels, God has truly blessed me.</p>
