Now I remember why I don’t like doing sit-ups….
Last night for the first time in years and years I attempted to do sit ups after working out on my Gazelle. I must of only done maybe 10 and I felt like passing out, lol. Afterward I was so nausiated(hope I spelled that right) and felt like hurling! (sorry I know thats gross)lol. But I ‘m proud of myself I worked out every night last week and I actually wanted to do it.
So I weighed in this morning and down another pound and half, WooHoo! I did cheat last night had quite a bit of pasta with dinner. Since I am watching carbs not really supposed to have any.
Also theres soda in the house again and I am getting ready to throw it out when know one else is looking. My oldest daughter(10) is addicted to it also…. and I use to wander why shes so hyper sometimes.
The weekends are the hardest for me. Thats when I don’t drink the right amounts of water and more tempted to cheat. I did give myself Sundays to cheat but I started last night. A little worried…trying to stay motivated.
Well just got back from swimming with the kids going to get a HEALTHY snack everyone have a great weekend!


Way to give the situps a go! Congrats on your 1.5 lb loss! Weekends can be rough sometimes to get through. I use to struggle with getting through them too. My weigh in days are on Sundays so that helps most times to stay on plan during those weekends. Just keep at it!
What an awesome job that your exercised everyday this past week. You should be so proud of yourself. I bet your ab muscles are sore today, but I also bet it hurts so good! Congrats on the WL, isn’t it rewarding to see the results of your hard work? Keep it up!
